To follow-up my post on my mental health journey from earlier this week (OCD) I wanted to also share a new page/resource on my blog with you all. This page is a great resource to anyone who is living with or loves someone who is living with mental health struggles, but it is from my perspective and so specifically geared towards men and Dads. These are resources and organizations I have either personally found support from myself or highly recommend through my own research. I have also linked my blog posts about my personal journey and struggle with mental health.
I hope you find strength on your journey and know that reaching out and asking for help is not a sign of weakness…it takes incredible strength. You are not alone.
